Terms & Conditions
1. General Information
This document outlines the Terms & Conditions for the collaboration between TakeMe Co., Ltd ("TakeMe") and Cathay Pacific Airways Ltd ("Cathay"). By participating in this promotion, users agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Users must be Cathay members and provide their 10-digit Cathay membership number during the booking process to be eligible for Asia Miles credits.
3. Booking and Payment
Asia Miles can be earned only after users have completed both the booking and payment on the TakeMe platform and dined at the restaurant.
4. Asia Miles Credits
TakeMe and Cathay are not responsible for any failure in Asia Miles crediting due to errors in the input of membership details. Asia Miles will be credited to the member's Cathay membership account within 4-6 weeks after booking, payment, and dining via the TakeMe platform. Asia Miles will be credited only after the member completes the applicable dining. The Asia Miles credited will be calculated based on the total amount spent on the TakeMe platform, at a rate of 1 Asia Mile per JPY100 spent. Once the Asia Miles are credited to the member's Cathay membership account, the process is final and irreversible. No adjustments, cancellations, or reversals can be made once the Asia Miles have been credited.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Users may cancel their booking and request a refund according to the TakeMe platform's policies. Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days from the date of the cancellation request. In the event of a cancellation and refund, the earned Asia Miles will not be awarded. To claim missing Asia Miles, members should sign in to their Cathay account, visit 'Miles & Points' under 'Your account,' and click 'Manage your miles' and 'Claim other miles' to download and complete the missing miles request form. Missing mileage must be claimed within six months of the transaction date.
6. Data Privacy
TakeMe and Cathay Pacific will handle users' personal information, including Cathay membership numbers, in accordance with their respective privacy policies. Users' data will only be used for the purposes of this promotion and will not be shared with third parties without user consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
TakeMe and Cathay's liability in connection with this promotion is limited to the value of the Asia Miles earned. Neither party shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this promotion.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
TakeMe and Cathay reserve the right to change or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the respective websites of TakeMe and Cathay.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this promotion shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Tokyo, Japan, in accordance with the rules of the Japan Commercial Arbitration Association.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any legal actions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
