Philippine Airlines – Mabuhay Miles Policy
1. Eligibility
This offer is available exclusively to active Mabuhay Miles members. Members must provide a valid Mabuhay Miles membership number during the booking process on the TakeMe platform. Please note that contact information will also be collected with your consent to facilitate the successful completion of your Mabuhay Miles crediting. Only bookings made under the member's own name are eligible for mileage crediting. TakeMe and PAL reserve the right to request verification if discrepancies arise.
2. Booking and Payment Conditions
Miles will be awarded only when all of the following conditions are met: • A reservation is made through the TakeMe platform. • Payment for the dining experience is fully completed through the TakeMe platform. • The member completes the dining at the participating restaurant. Reservations or payments made outside the TakeMe platform, or modified through external channels, will not be eligible for Miles.
3. Mileage Credits – Eligible Spend Calculation
Miles will be calculated based on the eligible spend amount, defined as the actual amount paid on the TakeMe platform excluding taxes, service charges, tips, and any non-qualifying fees, unless otherwise agreed by PAL.
4. Standard Earning Rate
The standard earning rate for this partnership is: 1 Mabuhay Mile for every JPY 100 of eligible spend. This earning rate is applicable to all qualifying transactions unless modified jointly by TakeMe and PAL for special campaigns or promotions.
5. Crediting Timeline
Miles will be credited to the member's Mabuhay Miles account within 4–6 weeks after all of the following are completed: • Booking on the TakeMe platform • Full payment through TakeMe • Completion of the dining experience at participating restaurants.
6. Accuracy of Member Information
Members are responsible for providing accurate Mabuhay Miles membership numbers. Miles will not be credited in cases where: • An incorrect membership number was entered • Membership information does not match the booking details Neither TakeMe nor PAL shall be liable for mileage credit failures resulting from member input errors.
7. Finality of Credited Miles
Once Miles have been successfully credited to the member's Mabuhay Miles account, the transaction is considered final. However, TakeMe and PAL reserve the right to adjust, reverse, or withdraw Miles in cases involving: • System errors • Fraudulent transactions • Abuse or manipulation of the offer
8. Missing Miles Claims
If a member believes Miles were not credited correctly, they may file a "Missing Miles Request" through the official Mabuhay Miles channels. Missing Miles must be claimed within six (6) months from the transaction date. TakeMe may be required to provide booking or payment verification upon PAL's request.
9. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in accordance with the cancellation rules provided on the TakeMe platform and the policies of the participating restaurant. Any cancellations or modifications made outside the TakeMe platform may result in loss of eligibility for Miles.
10. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed by TakeMe within 7–14 business days from the date the cancellation request is submitted, depending on the payment provider's processing time.
11. Impact on Miles Eligibility
In the event of cancellation or refund—whether full or partial—the transaction will not qualify for Miles. If Miles were credited in error due to cancellations or refunds, PAL reserves the right to reverse or deduct such Miles from the member's account.
12. No Mileage Award for No-Shows
Members who fail to appear at the restaurant ("no-show") will not be eligible for Miles, even if payment was previously completed.
13. Rebooking and Altered Reservations
If a member rebooks or modifies a reservation, the new booking must meet all eligibility requirements to qualify for Miles. Miles will not be credited for: • Rebookings handled directly by the restaurant • Manual adjustments outside the TakeMe system • Bookings not fully processed through the TakeMe platform
